Draw to be displayed on Ig at least two weeks before the event. This can be done sooner if the maximum playing numbers are reached.
Coordinator to liaise with GOM re draw & cards and is responsible for agreeing catering with chef and timings etc. with House Manager, for purchase of prizes and arranging all aspects on the day such as dispensing of cards, raffle ticket sellers, on-course starters for the day, half-way refreshments, collating all results in preparation for prize giving by LC.
Players should be reminded of how to mark a 4BBB card by the Starter.
No fee refunded after closing date for golf (players may be substituted) or after Friday before event for meal.
Ladies are expected to change for meal after golf.
