A good standard of dress is required by Members, Guests and Visitors at all times and should follow the guidelines below:
GENERAL
• Members and guests must not use the car park for changing their clothes. Please use the changing rooms provided (these have secure entry doors, please ascertain the entry code from the Professional Shop).
• Changing of shoes is permitted in the car park.
• All hats/visors must be removed on entry to the clubhouse.
GOLF COURSE
• Recognised golfing attire must be worn, in an appropriate and tidy manner (no garments with holes in please).
• All sock lengths and colours are acceptable.
• Rugby shirts, football shirts, tee shirts, track suits, jeans and trainers will not be permitted on the course or practice facilities.
CLUBHOUSE
• Golf and smart casual attire may be worn in the Clubhouse including smart jeans and trainers. Shorts are permitted (as per golf course); however, after play in club events/matches that food has been arranged for, please change into trousers. If there is to be a variation of this, it needs to be agreed prior to the event.
• Jeans must not be frayed or torn and no trousers to be worn below the waistline.
• Rugby shirts, football shirts, tee shirts and track suits will not be permitted in the clubhouse.
• Waterproof clothing and jackets are to be stored in the changing rooms or cloak room provided.
• Wet or soiled clothing/footwear will not be permitted in the club lounges or function/meeting suites.
Note – from time to time the dress code for golf/social events may differ. This will be communicated with the competition/social event details.
The golf club staff have the right to refuse your entry into the clubhouse or course if the above policy is not adhered to.
